You have to upload the script.js first to your server & this file must be 1 level below your html file. It mean that if let say you installed the code below in a normal index.html, the script.js must be in the popup folder which is 1 level down. In my wordpress script, I installed the code below in my header.php instead. Sometime they overuse it too much.. The old pop up are too aggressive & annoying. The impact pop up works differently & it is part of your site. Great different in that. I like this impact pop up better.
