Other MLM Common Mistakes to Avoid

Greetings All,

I have noticed today is Friday the 13th. Hahaha.. Kind of Bad day is it? Never mind that. Today will a short post. Let me continue on the other MLM common mistakes a distributor might face. Again, please relax yourself & absorb as much as you can.

Mistake#1 – Scared of Uplines

These is what I call bizarre! Why must you afraid of them? I always heard people saying, ‘I don’t want to bother them. They are so busy with their BIG team. They make big money & I am not worthy to call them.’ What???? You are way WRONG here. Please don’t be afraid to call your uplines. DO NOT WORSHIP them! They are there to help you & not to torture you. The fact that they are earning money from your downline gives you the rights to request help from them.

Remember this well ok:
-Your upline is not your BOSS!
-Good & sincere uplines are always there to help & guide you unless they are untrained or crappy bossy type. Normally they are someone there to see you succeed.
-We are in business for OURSELVES & not by OURSELVES. if your upline calls you, encounrage, motivate & help you, you are one super lucky chap.
-Uplines are not some animal going after you so Don’t avoid them. It will you loss if you do avoid them.

Mistakes#2 – Approaching Prospect the Wrong Way

Alway remember this “Doctor & the Sick People” story. THE HEALTHY DO NOT NEED A DOCTOR – IT IS THE SICK WHO DO! Sick people will look for medicine to solve their problem. They visit the doctor to get the medicine. Have you ever seen a doctor go all out selling medicine to the sick? No. The sick beg the Doctor to cure them. The sick are looking for solution & the doctor does not sell to them, he gives advices & prescribe.

Don’t be a BEGGAR!!

Don’t go, “Come out and listen to my opportunity, I’ll buy you lunch.” You spend a few hours explaining to them your opportunity and in the end they didn’t join you. Why? You beg too much!

How do you prescribe medicine to their sickness? First EXPOSE their sickness, generate interest in your ‘medicine’ and HELP THEM by UNDERSTANDING their needs.

Now try to relate that in MLM. Find out their problem & listen. Once you know their problem, tell them the solution that can help solve their problem. Create the interest of having the opportunity to solve their problem. Key point to note here. Help them & not beg them & see them as $$$!
