I have been blogging for almost 3 months now & decided to monetize my blog. So there I was googling in the internet looking for a suitable blog advertiser. Found a few but most of them not in Asia region. Apply to some of the programs but they got criteria which involve factors like traffic & visitor conditions. I look for more blog advertisers but almost all have certain criteria to qualify.

Accidentally I stumbled into a local blog which is also monetizing his blog. It was there that I found Advertlets.com . So like normal I thought it was just like the rest of the blog advertisers with certain criteria. No! I was wrong. Advertlets.com is much much different than the rest.

There are no traffic or visitor criteria. The only criteria they have is you have to be 16 years old & your blog must not contain inflammatory & illegal contents. I was surprised to learn that & the best thing about it is that the company is from my neighboring country Malaysia.

Let’s me continue on Non-Newbies MLM Common Mistakes. Before I continue, the contents below is not totally mine. It is from a great ebook which I think distributors of any MLM company should have & since I got PLR (Private Label Rights) to the ebook, I am allowed to share with you guys. That’s the beauty of having PLR articles. I do rewrite some of the paragraphs to avoid duplication of article in the internet or writing extra paragraph like the one I am writing now. Hahaha.. Anyway, it is a good article to read. Again, please relax yourself & try to absorb as much as you can.

Mistake#1 - Passing Negativity to Downlines

This is an important mistakes to avoid for leaders & that is why it is the first mistakes we are going to discuss. Under no circumstances should you as leaders pass negativity to your downlines. It doesn’t matter if you are in a very bad mood or your downlines happens to be your best buddy or your families, you should pass NEGATIVITY to them at all! People join a business not because of the opportunity but because of YOU! This means that they trust & believed you & see you as a leader. If you pass negativity to your downlines, they will lose confidence & your business will be destroyed as they will do the same thing to their downlines.

The only solution to this is to bring this up to your UPLINE. Never to you downlines. Negativity push to Upline & Positivity to downlines.
