Should A Leader Build Distributors or Leaders?

In network marketing or MLM, leaders are always confused about what to get or do to grow their MLM business fast. What should they concentrate on doing? Building leaders or distributors? Who is more important? What should a leader do? So many questions but not a single clear answer.
If you are a regarded by other people as a leader in an MLM company, I am sure you got no problem recruiting a prospect all by yourself. You can do all the necessary things required to build your team BUT how do you do it fast & consistently?
The answer does not lies on your ability to recruit distributors BUT building leaders in your team. They must become you. A leader should know how to build a leader in his team. Without leaders in your team, you will be always busy recruiting distributors in order to maintain a consistent flow of income.
A leader is someone who is loyal & has the ability to build an army or team. Leaders always stay loyal & distributors come & go. Without leaders, your big mass of distributors will lose it’s focus & direction.
